Carol Anne (Hemrica) Foote

     It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of Carol Anne Foote (Hemrica) on July 21, 2018 at the age of 71.  Mom passed away peacefully at her home in Brandon, Manitoba.
     Carol was born to Auke and Anne (Neimor) Hemrica in Killarney on April 26, 1947.  On April 30, 1965 she married Wes Foote and together they raised five children on the family farm.  In 2001 she retired and moved to Brandon.
     She is survived by her five children, Carrie (Rudy) Janzen of Killarney, Angie (Eric) Labelle of Stony Mountain, Eugene Foote of Killarney, Sherri (Jason) Splett of Brandon, and Marti (Dan) Mussell of Winnipeg.  She is also survived by 9 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.
Carol was predeceased by her father, mother, and four brothers, Gordon, Harvey, Wayne, and Glen.
     Mom’s wishes were to be cremated and her remains placed with her father in the Killarney Cemetery.  A private graveside service will be held at a later date.
