Carmona Marie Neufeld

Born August 30, 1942

Died October 1, 2020

Predeceased by her parents, Bill and Arvilla Kilmury, Sister Carolyn and Son Richard Brian Neufeld.

She will be forever missed by her Daughter Christine Laura Neufeld, Daughter Pamela Michelle Cavers, Son in law Clinton Edward Cavers, Grandson Mike Lubkiwski ( Phairun), Granddaughter Mika- Dawn Cavers Zaharia ( Zack ), Tawny Jean Cavers, Autumn Katherine Cavers. Aunt Phyliss and Bill Harrison, and an incredible community of friends that she called family.

Born in Deloraine Manitoba and married in Deloraine to the late Jacob Neufeld. Traveled to the United States and raised her family in California. Moved to Morden in 1977. Since then has lived in Winnipeg, Falcon Lake, and then settled and retired in Piot Mound to be close to her 3 granddaughters.

Her love of family was almost a little more than most people could take. If you were loved by Mona, you never had a reason to doubt it. She lived her life in Pilot Mound connected to her community in larger than life ways.

Her hugs will be missed

Her laughter will be missed

Her whistle

Her independence was remarkable

Such a strong woman

She filled so many empty spaces. 

Let her life be a reminder to love like a mother *ucker

Hold on tight

Don’t be afraid to embrace

Laugh your heart out
