Gerry was born January 23,1943, to Albert and Elsie Moir.  He attended Aberdeen School and finished his Grade 12 at Pilot Mound.
Gerry worked in the Bank at Morris, and for Portage Mutual.
On March 7,1964, Gerry married Hazel Keele.  Together they welcomed Daniel, Tannis and Jason into their family.
Gerry owned and managed mostly financial offices-collection agencies & accounting.  His last endeavor was a Health Food Store in Toronto.
He had the misfortune to suffer a severe stroke.     Bert helped him to find  a residence in Morden and he moved back.  He appreciated his Home Care.  His health deteriorated and moved to Prairie View Lodge about ten years ago.  He enjoyed the Church Services, musical entertainment and his Bingo Games.  He really enjoyed his TV and all his Sports, especially baseball.  He was happy his sons were involved with Baseball and enjoyed their visits.
