Glenda survived a difficult childhood, but in her teens her good friend Tracy helped her make a new family with the Browns.  Russell & Pauline became Mama and Papa.

Glenda married Henry Klassen, and in 1984 their first child Tobi Victoria was born.  Dana Benjamin followed three years later.

After caring for Henry through a lengthy battle with cancer, he passed away in 1996.  Glenda worked at Pelican Lake Centre, ran the cattle farm, and supported her two children through the loss of their father.

Glenda found a partner in Rick Vincent in 1997.  She then fulfilled a lifelong dream by becoming a Licensed Practical Nurse, a vocation about which she was passionate.

Glenda was creative and capable – she loved to garden, cook and preserve and craft.  She was brilliant and resourceful and an absolute rock in a crisis.

She loved her family.  She is survived by her partner Rick; children Dana (Lauryl) and Tobi (Ryan); grandchildren Kiera, Henry, Gavin & Zuzu; honorary grandchildren Forrest & Molly; Mama Pauline, Tracy, Carla & Natalia; and many others who loved and were loved by her.
