With love and gratitude for her life, we announce the peaceful passing of Margaret P Tschetter on May 23, 2025, at the age of 97. Surrounded by care and prayers, she was called home to be with her Lord.

Margaret was born on August 4, 1927, in Winkler, Manitoba, to Jacob and Mary Rempel. She married John Tschetter, and together they built a life grounded in faith, family, and hard work on their farm in Holmfield, Manitoba. They raised one son, David, who was deeply loved. Margaret shared a close and meaningful relationship with David throughout his life. He married Kathy (Welsh), and together they remained an important part of Margaret and John’s lives. In 2002, Margaret and John moved to Killarney, where they continued to enjoy life together. A deeply creative soul, Margaret found great joy in crafting and was especially known for the beautiful, handmade cards she lovingly created and shared generously with those around her. Her warmth and artistic spirit touched many.

She was a devoted grandmother to Christie (Mike) and Kailey (Adam), and a proud great-grandmother to Rylee, Gracie, Bowden, and Vayda. Her love for her family, her faith, and her gentle spirit were the heart of her life.

In 2019, Margaret and John moved into Bayside Personal Care Home, where they continued to live together. They were blessed with 76 years of marriage.

Margaret is survived by her loving husband, John Tschetter and was predeceased by their beloved son, David.

The family would like to thank the staff at Bayside for their compassionate and attentive care.
