It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Ron Boulet on March 17, 2024 who fought a long hard battle with Lewy Body Dementia. He was born in St. Boniface and passed away peacefully in Bayside Personal Care Home in Killarney, MB. 
He is survived by his loving wife Marrianne, his daughter Chantal and husband Ben Davies, sister Lucille (Denis) Rondeau, Sister Dora (Larry) Wark, as well as many nieces and nephews who he adored. He was predeceased by his beloved daughter Rhonda, parents Andy and Gertie Boulet and his brother Lennard. 
Ron started his education in Sommerset and then Dunrea. He was sent to St. Boniface at the age of 14, for 4 years to study for Priesthood and also learned to play hockey. His grade 12 was completed in Killarney, Manitoba. 
Ron had one job in his life: Department of Highways. Starting as a Flag boy to  Senior Manager of the Southwest Region. He received many awards for his skills and retired after 41 years. 
He played drums and sang various bands with Marianne and enjoyed playing and singing together at many weddings and special occasions. One of the greatest was going to Churchill to play for their Legion Centennial. 
Ron loved to play Liniment Ball where he got the nickname “Bullet” for his pitching. He also played hockey with the Boissevain Border Kings. After retirement, golf became his passion. 
Ron's greatest love and passion was for his family. He was an awesome husband and father, lots of fun and was always there for his girls. 
He made many friends with his crazy sense of humour but never hurt anyone’s feelings. He loved people and they loved him back. He could walk into a room and within minutes people and even strangers would be laughing at his sayings or just “being Ron”.
Friends are invited to the Celebration of Life for Ron at the #25 Legion in Killarney on August 9, 2025 from 2-4pm. Please feel free to tell a story and have a drink in memory of Ron. 
Private interment will be held in Killarney Cemetery where he will be laid to rest beside his daughter Rhonda.
