It is with great sadness we announce the passing of Winnifred “May” Janzen (nee Roe) on March 18, 2024, at the Grey Nuns Hospital in Edmonton, formerly of Ninette, Manitoba.
May is lovingly remembered by her husband, Don Janzen; son, James Bruce (Fallon); daughter and granddaughter, Katlyne Janzen and Layla Janzen-Neumeyer; son, Kelly Janzen; mother and stepfather, Laura Roe and Bryan Dixon; siblings, Sherri (Neil) Major and family, Frank (Hailey) Roe and family, Ann (Michael) Foote and family; father-in-law, Bill Janzen; brother-in-law, Gerry Janzen; and sisters-in-law, Corinne Normey and Bev Janzen.
She was predeceased by her father, Wilfred Roe.
Memorial donations can be made for an education trust fund account for Layla Janzen-Neumeyer.
A celebration of life will take place on March 26, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Serenity Funeral Service, 10129 Princess Elizabeth Ave NW, Edmonton, AB T5G 0X9.
